The Asphalt Cowboys present their annual Cowboy Chili Cook-off.

This is a fun event, and is not a sanctioned Chili Cook-off. Best chili regardless wins!

We will be holding the cook off on Monday night of Rodeo Week as part of our Buckaroo Flats Night, which also includes our Quick Draw Contest at 6:00 pm.

The Asphalt Cowboys would like to invite you to enter your team in our Chili Cook-off. This is a fun event with lots of folks in Buckaroo Flats for chili tasting and quick draw action.
